Throughout these three classes you will learn to mix paint using a palette knife, create various hues and values with a simple palette, and explore the effects of adding a medium to your paint.
We will explore this vibrant, spring palette in depth, and I’ll teach you how to create a variety of colors from three tubes of paint!
 
I will supply all the necessary materials, except for the PAINT.
 
You will need Golden Heavy Body Acrylic paints, one tube of each:
 
Yellow Ochre
Prussian Blue
Alizarin Crimson (it’s okay to get Alizarin Crimson Hue)
Titanium White
 
Class will take place on Saturdays, 10 am-12 pm at Upstairs Studio, 24 Main Street, Second Floor, Montpelier, VT. Last class may go longer to finish projects.
Unfortunately, this space is not handicapped accessible.
 
Space is limited to six students, therefore no refunds. I will make up any class cancellation due to weather. I will send an email an hour before class starts if I need to cancel due to weather.
